LCHS Pet of the Week: Darla

As if her name alone doesn't give away her cuteness...

Meet our Pet of the Week, Darla! Darla is a wonderful lady who has been with Lee County Humane Society since the middle of March!! She is such a sweetheart and we are trying hard to find her the perfect home. This mature lady is a 70 pound chunk of sweetness. She loves tennis balls and splashing around in the kiddie pool and she would probably make a great lake dog! Darla is housebroken and does well with kids. She also loves other dogs, as long as they understand that she is queen of the house. Darla would much prefer to sleep in a home on her very own bed rather than here at the shelter. She has become a staff favorite and we are all rooting for this pretty lady to find her fur-ever home. Darla is about 3 years old and 100% ready for her new home since she's already spayed, microchipped, vaccinated & is heartworm negative! In addition, Darla is said to be potty trained as well! Come meet this pretty girl sometime this week!
