AUBURN, Ala.-On Jan. 12, Auburn Police arrested Zaire Jamani Oliver, age 18, from Auburn, on warrants charging him with burglary second degree and theft of property first degree.
On Jan. 11, Auburn Police received a burglary report that occurred in in the 700 Block of Aspen Heights Lane. According to the report on Jan. 11, an unknown subject, later identified as Oliver, entered the residence and stole property in excess of $2,500. Oliver was developed as a suspect through video surveillance and was contacted by Auburn Police officers. Approximately $800 in property has been recovered.
Oliver was later transported to the Lee County Jail where he was being held on a $10,000 bond. This case remains under investigation by the Auburn Police Division.
