The Boogie is also home to a row or two of select eclectic artisans, delicious food vendors and modern farmers that market their goods and wares.

The Boogie began in 2001 when State Highway 280 bypassed the town and the residents held a festival to celebrate and "dance in the street." 18 years later, the event has evolved from a small community celebration into a national drawing that supports close to fifteen hundred attendees.
