Kane Brown Teases New Collaboration With John Legend

Kane Brown has teamed up with John Legend for a new song. The country singer turned to social media on Friday (January 10) to post a preview of the powerful ballad that he wrote and recorded with Legend.

"SOO I GOT THE OK TO POST A LITTLE MORE FROM @johnlegend I GOT TO WRITE WITH HIM AND WE BOTH LOVE THE SONG SO TAG A FRIEND AND SHOW SOME LOVE," Brown wrote in his Instagram caption.

He also shared to Twitter, "I got to work with John Legend and it was awesome! Here's the song we got." Legend then shared a few words himself adding, "Just wrote and recorded this one with new country superstar @kanebrown Wednesday. We love it! Will put out full version asap."

The video shared shows Brown singing along to the recording of the new song. "I won't say I'm sorry over and over / Can't you say I'm sorry, I've got to show you / I won't do it again / I'll prove my love is true / I hope the last time I said sorry is the last time I'll say sorry to you," the chorus goes.

Brown has collaborated with a variety of artist over the last few years of his country music career. In 2017 he scored his first No. 1 hit with "What Ifs," a duet featuring fellow country star, Lauren Alaina. In 2019 Brown collaborated with Marshmello on another hit, "One Thing Right."

Brown and his wife, Katelyn, welcomed their first child, daughter Kingsley on October 29, 2019. Both of the girls plan to join Brown as he embarks on his "Worldwide Beautiful Tour" launching at the end of February. Tickets to the tour are available now.

Brown and Legend have not announced a release date for the new song. Stay tuned for further details to come.
