Auburn SummerNight Downtown Art Walk

AUBURN, Ala. –The 2018 SummerNight Downtown Art Walk, hosted by the Auburn Arts Association, Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities, Downtown Merchants Association and the City of Auburn, will feature musical entertainment by local band, Spoonful James!

Join us Friday, June 8, at Toomer’s Corner to hear what is sure to be a rockin’ performance by this talented group. Musical entertainment will kick off at 6:15 p.m. on the tiger’s paw with Spoonful James sharing a variety of original music with listeners.

Spoonful James is an American indie/soul/blues band. The group was first formed in Auburn, Alabama, and over the years have played with many talented artists including Government Mule, Little FeatBuddy Miles and the Jerry Garcia Band.

As a special treat, SummerNight will begin with a starting line parade party beginning at 5 p.m. at the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities. Starting line party goers will then parade downtown, ending at the SummerNight main stage on the tiger’s paw where Spoonful James will be performing.
