Our call and testing volumes have been very consistent each week in May. Meanwhile, our hospitalizations dropped the first nine days of the month and since then have ebbed and flowed the past two weeks. We’re in a stable position right now and hope to remain that way; that’s the key to being able to withstand COVID-19 until a vaccine is available.

Our call center hours are changing slightly starting tomorrow. They will now be 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
