Little Big Town’s 12th studio record will arrive this summer.
The Grammy-winning group — made up of Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook — confirmed on Thursday (May 28) that the 13-track album, It’s A Dying Art, will release on August 28. The band also released “Over and Over,” written by Fairchild, Ashley Ray, Jonnie Simpson and Madi Yanofsky. The ballad follows Little Big Town’s heartfelt “Hey There Sunshine,” which made its debut earlier this month. It’s A Dying Art follows Little Big Town’s The Christmas Record, the band’s first-ever holiday album that arrived in October 2024. New music will add to the powerhouse group’s career-spanning hits, including “Boondocks,” “Little White Church,” “Girl Crush,” “Better Man,” “Day Drinking,” “Pontoon” and more.
