More details on Scale Back Alabama
Scale Back Alabama has helped Alabamians lose over 1 million pounds since the intiative started back in 2007! It's a fun thing to do with a co-worker, family member, or a friend! Groups are made of two people who both need to lose a certain amount of weight to be eligible for cash prizes and other goodies at the end!
January 22nd through January 28th is the weigh in week and the weigh out week will be the first week of April. Below are the locations in Lee County that you can get weighed at with more details at scalebackalabama.com
