Coach Erik Speakman was named head coach of the Opelika Bulldogs after Coach Caleb Ross resigned and went back home to his alma mater Prattville High School.
Coach Speakman has been with the program for 18 years, serving as the Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Athletic Director for the past 7 years. This is his first High School Head Coaching job. Be sure and listen to Opelika Bulldog Football this Fall on 97.7 KickerFM!
